In this episode, Andrew and Chris discuss a business concept from Jim Collins. This concept is discussed in great detail in Collins' book called, "Great by Choice." The concept says that regardless of the circumstances around you, you will be disciplined to go no less and no more than 20 miles every single day. As a business, you have to determine what that "20 miles" looks like in your particular context. Is it 20 new clients/customers each week or month? Is it a specific amount of sales that your business must hit each week or month? Whatever you decide, you must be disciplined to hit those marks every day, week, month, and year.

In this episode, Andrew and Chris talk about the 5th principle in the Flywheel Concept, which is the Culture of Discipline. This concept makes up the first half of what Jim Collins calls, "Disciplined Action."
